This info has been on from the outset Craig. It's not new. Plus it's all small print.

For confidence as a customer when going to an event, what you really need is updated information that says clearly that tickets are available still.

This just tells you how to get tickets after a certain date, rather than whether there's any left. So as a customer I'm thinking "so do I turn up or do I not?"

Without checking here I'd have decided not. It's not clear enough.

A big red Tickets Still Available (Updated: 4 Aug) would do the trick.

Not a load of unchanged small print that doesn't give the actual info.

        What info is lacking exactly?

And this news item is on the main home page:

        Clear enough, surely?

Something like a status of "On Sale" as opposed to "Sold Out"?

I also banned the bloke from RAWK for 'that pic'.
            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

                That's the one.

Reecie hasn't changed a bit. He even still wears a nappy.

In all honesty mate, the bottom paragraph is upto date - it hasnt been 'unchanged' all this time and it clearly says 'tickets can be purchased in person either at the ticket office or....' etc etc. That's not what i would call ambiguous, it's fairly straightforward.

And today, they've posted another update on the news feed:

From what i can see, everything you've suggested they do, they've done.

I didn't look at the news pages to get tickets, I looked at the tickets pages.

It's not hard for the club to have a TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE on that page which is updated daily. Then it would be clear.

As it stands now, unless I look at other bits of the site, to this potential customer at least, it's not.

You look at the tickets page for ticket news, of course - but you get there VIA the home page - which has a ticket update there, in big letters

You're right. The BUY TICKETS button that led me to a dedicated buy tickets site that didn't even mention the Valencia game was not at all confusing :-)
