Bit disappointing we havent created more chances mind you we havent been playing too badly, I'd even look at bringing Suarez on either at h/t or not long after we need a bit more pace and creativity.

HT. Not particularly impressed, we should be playing a lot better against such a decimated Arsenal.

It's almost like we're holding back here.....far too reserved against a defence that concedes goals.
Arsenal best chances come from breaks down the pitch after we get bored of holding onto the ball in their final third. Suarez should be on, occupying that defence full time......I'd leave Carroll on as his presence will, added with Luis, cause problems.
Adam doing Ok, but his deadballs have been woeful.....Henderson moving about well, but options are limited. Downing doing OK, but not enough of a final ball.

Get Suarez on for Kuyt and try and squeeze maxi somewhere and we might just nick this. Henderson has been very good, getting about, laying it off and always looking for the ball. jose looks good at left back and carra has hardly been troubled.

We've been the better side, but apart from Downing our midfield has got bossed. Kuyt's either brilliant or terrible, unfortunately todays he's been terrible. Enrique,Kelly & Downing have been very good, Enrique in particular.

Lucas,Adam & Hendo need to wake up, and get a grip of the midfield. Hendo is neat and tidy but seems ineffective. Adam has been annoymous for the most part and Lucas still looks lagging. If things haven't changed by 15 mins IMO Suarez should be on for Hendo, Kuyt on right and Suarez up top with Carroll.

P.S. Frimpong is one foul away from a red.

Haven't seen it mentioned but for me, Adam has been very dissapointing. Needs to keep things ticking - wasted a couple of set pieces as well.

Arsenal are there for the taking today. Need to step it up. We need some alternatives to Suarez - we look pretty toothless without him.

Positives: Enrique as I said it before may be our best buy this summer. He is looking better and better. Lucas looked much better than the first game, Kuyt is playing well and Downing looked very lively.

Negatives: Adam is very poor today. Too slow, takes too long to pass the ball, his corners (hate when all the balls go to the back post cause Carroll doesn't look dangerous as he's so far off the goal) and set pieces are not good enough. Carroll needs to move better in the box. Enrique and Downing had some very good crosses today and he is waiting for the ball to come to him instead rushing forward to the middle 5,6 yards from the goalkeeper where all those balls are going.

Need to see Suarez ASAP as we should win this game.

We need an Nasri type player, there isn't any on in our midfield who can make something out of nothing.

We have good options on the bench and IMO we should use them sooner rather than later, get some creativity on and go at them.

Not true. It's actually Adam that is one step behind and Lucas needs to constantly clean up his mess.

Really? Don't see that myself they've been mediocire IMHO.

Anyway, we and should can take this one. We must step up our game because ARSEnal are there to conceed two or three goals today.

One of the poorest Arsenal teams we have played since the PL begun. Should be more dominant and a couple of goals up at least, but we are just too tentative and hesitant on the ball IMO. They are there for the taking and if we do not get the 3 points here it really will be a major disappointment.

FWIW, Suarez would have had a field day against that back 4 in the first half. I would take Kuyt off and bring on Suarez.

with everything except Kuyt. I like Dirk but he has had a stinker thus far today IMO. Wouldn't take him off as he is very capable but not his best display IMO.
