that's not the case at all, it's not about fair financial input, it's about seeing problem areas in the team and addressing them. Wenger has not done that, despite having the money available, and spending the money would not harm the stability of the club at all. They are as stable as a top club can be, and they do not need to act like smaller clubs do, when they sell their top players for profit just to survive, they need to find a balance between that and buying established, reliable players, who'll bring experience to the team and from whom the younger players can learn from.

Wenger just seems to be stubborn, and it's costing them

I actually think (hope) Chelsea might struggle this season as well.
          Not true.

They poisoned Spurs a few years back and sneaked 4th place.

Ha ha! Forgot about that one! Although most Arsenal fans would take having to beat spurs to qualify as a gimme!
It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.

I want someone to make a youtube or a gif of Wenger frantically scratching his head, like the Hodgson face-rub one

It may turn out that way but it's the start of the season and premature to decide that.

He's got them into the CL for the last what 13 years, he's obviously got some idea (and in all due respect more than you) about how to manage a football club.
