Last year - we went to Man City, got thumped 3-0, had a clueless manager, scummy owners who were destroying the club, and people like Poulsen were 1st teamers. We went on to occupy a position in the bottom 3 and had no hope of qualifying for Europe, let alone the CL.
Just one year later - we've just gone away and comfortably beaten a side who were on course to win 4 trophies last year. We've got King Kenny. We've got owners who have put their hands in their pockets and backed the manager superbly. We've got players like Suarez and a strong squad. And we are now odds-on with the bookies to finish in the top 4.

We play Man Utd on October 15th - exactly one year to the day, after the takeover was finally completed. Omen?
