Bellamy's movement is like Suarez. Stretches the defence. He is a very intelligent player and I can't wait to see more of him this season.

Wouldn't mind seeing Bellamy on the pitch along with Kuyt and Suarez at some point, although I'm not sure how that could be accommodated unless Henderson is rested, which I'm not sure will happen.
Henderson didn't have a great game yesterday, but he had been steadily improving beforehand, so it may take a bit longer for Kenny to try something like that from the outset.
Failing that, its bring in Bellamy for Kuyt, but that could be a bit of a chance against a decent side IMO......could be fun though."I will make the boys feel your support"

I think and hope that any problems Bellamy may have caused to Souness at Newcastle, would be offset by the player's increased maturity now, and also the fact that he is an LFC fan and hopefully would have too much respect for the Football Club and Kenny, to disrupt things.

He "caused Souness problems" because when Souey took over from Bobby Robson he perceived that the squad was ill-disciplined and that Bellamy was the archetype of that, so he decided to make an example out of him. Unsurprisingly, Bellamy reacted to Souness' disciplinarian act and it all went downhill from there.
Seeing as Bellamy had been their best player for the previous couple of seasons and caused Bobby Robson no real problems at all, and that Souness went on to prove to be one of their worst managers ever without Craig's disruptive influence, he really REALLY should stfu about all that. No way would Kenny ever be that big an idiot. I respect Souness for what he achieved with us as a player, but he really has been a terrible, terrible manager.I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'm quite confident we will see off Spurs this time around. I think we can take 6 points from them this season like they did to us last season. Less worried about Spurs than I was about Stoke but maybe i've got it all wrongOriginally posted by McDermotX View PostSpurs will be a bit more of a test than yesterday (which we failed).......think we may need to start with a tried and trusted unless Kenny sees something in training.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.
