Those are the two (along with Monaco) that I was told. But since Cardiff, Berwick, Wrexham and Swansea were correctly added it went up to seven. I've since researched it further and the two other teams are FC Vaduz in a Swiss league despite being in Liechtenstein and San Marino Calcio playng in the Italian league. However, both those two won 'promotions' so I don't know if they won the league and couldn't be arsed researching fully after this series of posts in this thread went tits up.
