That you wanted us to sign in January, within the budget of course, who would you pick?
Personally, i'd choose between Joey Barton and Kevin Nolan.

Shaun wright-phillips without a doubt, would be our new john barnes (but with a better long range shot). He was ****ing amazing the last season and a half at chelsea.
Saw Kevin Blackwell on telly last week saying Lennon will end up playing through the middle - Henry style. He played there as a kid and for Leeds' youth teams, and it's actually his 'proper position' - supposedly. He said Jol and the rest at Spurs have similar plans for him.
My English player would be........hmmm.....Micah Richards probably. He looks a hell of a prospect. A beast.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Care to expand a bit on that Shaggy??
I know people rate him, but why??
I have never seen him but he is vey young (18?) is he really good enough for us now?
We do need cover/competition for the RB slot, any idea how much he might cost??

Going by the standard price of English youth today, i'd doubt you'd be able to get him for anything less then 8 million.

He is a total beast. Commanding in the air, fast, seriously strong and built like a brick **** house, good going forward, decent on the ball. I've only seen him play about five or six times but he looks great - especially for an 18 year old.
Dunno what his best position is but I've seen him at right back and centre back for City - looks comfortable in both.

Got to be Micah Richards and if we have 8 mil it would be well spent going for him. Can play Fb and CB so really 4 mill per position a bargain in todays market. I very much doubt City would sell him for 8 though. I also like Leghton Baines from Wigan he is young and has a wicked shot. Another fave is Gareth Barry, how old is he? I am sure he would command a steep fee and might even be untouchable at Villa
