We cannot afford Agger's another injury in absolutely meaningless match and Bellamy I would spare so that he may start on Saturday.

bellamy needs games too, as does agger. playing both in this game makes perfect sense. agger needs some match sharpness back so he can hopefully go stright into side against norwich and bellamy hasnt played much of late so he could do with some conditioning too.

Bellamy played a string of games for Wales and he should be sharp enough to start against Norwich. If he plays at all against Rangers the best we can expect is for him to be on the bench and I'd prefer to see him get a first start on Saturday.

Agger is coming back from injury and I would agree with you normally but we are playing Rangers away in the match that clearly means more to them than to us and I'm not sure we want to take any risk. I guess the good thing is that Rangers are playing on a fibrelastic pitch but still..
