It's a bit embarrassing really. With Gerrard back that stat might alter slightly but tbh I want to see Suarez and Gerrard on the field most of the time so even if they're not directly involved the stats wont change.

Actually I don't think we've scored a goal either without Pepe Reina in the side....

I don't care who plays, what they play like or anything else as long as we win. Mentally for me this match is like the big ones, winning is everything. I don't think i can handle Roy's smug ****ing face on the sideline and snide chirpyness in the press conference if they pull of a win. There's no ****ing way I could handle it.

I hate the man so much it's incredible.

I fancy we might knock a few past West Brom this weekend, Gerrard should be close to full match fitness and hopefully Suarez will start.

Think that game at Stoke albeit in the cup will have given us a real shot in the arm to kick on

every goal Suarez has scored this season (7) has done it with Carroll on the field except Arsenal game.

If we can tighten up at the back, we'll win this comfortably. Providing the referee doesnt choose otherwise, like last season.

You mean like we should have won Norwich comfortably?

Well yes, clearly. What is your point exactly?

Everyone said how, on another day, we'd have battered them, but just couldnt finish our chances.

And i did say if we tighten up at the back - we were hardly 'tight at the back' vs Norwich.

I'm just saying that I for one am not going to get my hope too high, we seem to a bit fragile, we can clearly be got at IMO due to the lack of presence down the middle.

Possibly true but a Hodgson side is ideal opposition if you're feeling vulnerable at the back.

If we can go and win at Stoke, these cunts shouldnt hold any fears for us.
