Well I guess you have to ask yourself how those strikers who converted the chances created by Maxi and Kuyt combined would of done with the chances created by Downing and Henderson combined (chances created last season).

Downing & Hendo were passengers again.

Though everyone else was very good. Backline was excellent/CM pairing solid & Cf's done well although need to be more clinical.

IMO neither Downing or Henderson should be starters. We cannot afford to have passengers in this team.

Yeah but only on a 2 year contract as that's about the maximum amount of time he would stay with us.

Well Maxi and Kuyt scored themselves too.
Yeah or could be that the chances they created were not actually that good, Maxi is certainly a much better player than either of them.
