Anyway, he should be starting every game, at centreback. Same back four next week please.

2-0, clean sheet and Carroll scoring!

I can go to 5 a side footy tomorrow wearing my LFC top AND a smile.
      One tit for another.

Skrtel plays better with Agger is how I'd put it.

I think Skrtel would be better with anyone except Carra.

Anyway, win our next three games and we should be somewhere near the top

We've had clean sheets against Arsenal, Bolton and Everton so far this season.

Didn't see the game but it sounds like we won comfortably. Was absolutely vital that we kept a clean sheet today, we've been conceding too many this season. Our next two games are very dangerous (Chavs and Citeh) so our defence needed addressing with those two games coming up. Skrtel and Agger is our best pairing until we either sign a top class CB or Coates is ready to step up.

Sounds like Downing and Henderson were anonymous again, becoming a recurring theme I'm afraid.

Hopefully Andy has sorted himself out and can become the player we all want him to be, thought he was decent against Stoke and with a goal today he can push on.

Good result, good to beat Roy Hodgson's side.

Good to keep a clean sheet, we didn't create as many chances as we have in recent games but I though Carroll and Suarez linked up well. I thought that the defence did well, I'd like to see more of Agger and Skrtel as a partnership.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Henderson had some good one touch plays, but more importantly, tracked back and helped Glojo.

I think he'll be a better CM than a RM. But maybe this is just his blooding on the right.

What about Swansea, or does that not count

Downing stats read 0 assists and 0 goals. Not good whichever way you look at it.

Henderson wasnt anonymous at all, done ok, kept the ball well and helped Johnson out. More to come you'd hope but it does amaze me we get so many good results when all our players are crap according to this place!

                      Nope, Klasnic scored for them.

Also I was glad we didn't swap the wide players over as much as we have in previous games, I thought both Downing and Henderson were ok. Henderson had a better game on the right than he has previously. Downing over hit a few crosses but his link up play was better, also he was unlucky not to have scored.

The worse thing anyone can do is apply an opinion over recognition. He did do alright, and he did it well.

Well Maxi and Kuyt scored themselves too.
Yeah or could be that the chances they created were not actually that good, Maxi is certainly a much better player than either of them.
I agree that Maxi should probably be getting some more game time but then again he is on the way down where as the other lads are not. I would suggest that between Maxi, Kuyt, Downing and Henderson there should probably be more rotation than there currently is.

                              Cunt's post match reaction.

West Brom boss Roy Hodgson on the penalty decision: "Most people watching will think it was a very harsh decision and there was no intention to foul the player.

"It put us on the back foot and it meant our task became a lot harder. I think we didn't play well in the first half and the goal we conceded on the counterattack in the 45th minute was the critical one."
                              Are we winning?

It was a counterattack though. Am I missing the point?
