Bearing in mind he'd just scored our 2nd goal a couple of minutes before, i should've had the foresight to see that coming and got myself down there to join in the sing along

That was as far as i got. Then i just played a bit of angry birds and before i knew it, i was being asked to get up to let people pass and return to their seats.

I watched a recording of the whole game, in the hope of just the slightest hint of a face-rub, but the ****er let me down. Not for the first time.

He did do a great 'rip coat off and throw on the ground, before realizing it was a bit nippy and slowly put it back on, hoping no-one would notice' move in or around the pen decision.
Granted, it didn't have the immediacy of a face-hand interactivity movement, but still good value for the punter verbally abusing him at every opportunity.
