The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The answer is the "midgets". It is more important to have great game intelligence, skill and vision than being strong.

                        Football is changing.
But you can't compare the likes of Messi, Silva & Iniesta with sterling though. They've had years of experience, to learn how to make sure their size isn't a disadvantage. Sterling is just 17 & has had no such experience.

And my point was about smaller players - specifically players with kids bodies - playing early. Fowler and Owen are just two examples of recent LFC players who were playing 30-50 games per season at 18 and they were finished by 25.

My memory might not be the best, but I'm sure I actually remember Arn pissing his knickers about this exact thing once and mentioning that he knew about it because his wife is a sports physio or something.

Posters on Est with inconsistent and contradictory views eh? Surely that doesn't happen.

                              She is a foot specialist

The pitches are better, the referees allow less, the game have changed to a more European style. Three key points to why smaller players can survive without that much problem compared to 10 years ago.

The problem when it came down to Owen and Fowler was that they played week in week out. They shouldn't have done that.

Play a 17 year old player maybe one time a month from the start and the rest of the bench. I don't think that would be a problem at all.

I would rather trust the judgement from our own physio team and management team. When Sterling is good enough to play and ready to play, then he'll play.
