We'll be lucky if City perform as poorly as they did in last league game. Lucas may be still out and Gerrard even, but hopefully Maxi and Bellamy will be starters in the games, which will make a hell of a difference IMO & sure fingers crossed on Stevie's progress over the coming few weeks.
Not the end of the world but FFS ain't making it easy for us either.

But i'd fancy a packed Anfield on a midweek night to be fooking rocking...
I'm thinking back to Arsenal in CL, Chavs in 05, Olymipakos.....
Bring them on....They can shove their blue moon up their expensive holes !!
I'm certainly not saying we cant beat them. My biggest fear is that they turn it on in the first leg and thump us something like 3-0, which we probably wouldnt be able to overturn. The prospect of them putting out a weakened side is promising, but even then, they'll be strong.
2nd leg at home is only good if we put in one hell of a performance at their place. And plus, i hate the idea of playing them 3 times in about 3 weeks.

I get it, two legs. Very good.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
