    Are you sure?
    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Yeah but you questioned whether it should be the case.

Who will play will depend on who Kenny wants to start next week but I too expect us to go with a strong lineup.

I personally expect Coates and Carra to start on Friday but play no more than 45 minutes (as long we have result on our side) as I think Kenny will use them for Carling Cup game.

Kelly imo may not even start against Oldham (I think Flanagain will play) due to his hamstring issues but once again I think he'll be a starter against City.

I think Carroll, Adam and Downing will all start as this type of a game would be good for them get some confidence back.

              Course not

              So when you say:

It shows how far down we've gone when not only are we 100% certain that Suarez will get straight back into the team as soon as he's available but we even want to draw a game because you think we'll somehow be better off for it.
That's not you thinking it's a bad thing that Suarez will get straight back into the side, no?

What else does 'how far down we've gone' indicate then?

The ref for the game is Neil Swarbrick.

Oldhams biggest "star" is Shefki Kuqi, the only player in their squad who has played at Anfield earlier.

Their centre-back Zander Diamond is a huge Liverpool-supporter. The last time he was at Anfield he did the tour.

                          Oldhams form: W-D-L-W-D

They have drawn their last six away games.

As a Finn I am still amazed how Kuqi can earn his living by being a professional footballer.

He's scored 13 goals this season. Also played 62 games for the Finnish national team, but maybe that says more about the team than him?

Never managed to score at Anfield whilst playing for Blackburn, Fulham or Newcastle, let's hope he continues that tomorrow.

And how only eight months ago he was actually playing in the Premier League.

                                Hope for us all.
