Terrible terrible game and we never looked like we really wanted to win it. I can't feel happy after a performance like that. It means nothing if our so called big players can't even contribute. The team was all wrong, we looked like we were set up wrong, the tacticvs looked rudimentary and far too basic. This isn't how its supposed to be.

Pleased for Kuyt, but thats about all I can take from this, I don't know what to think.

Pleased for the victory but our play is frustratingly ineffective. Players look comfortable until they get anywhere near the business end and then it's wrong decision after wrong decision.

So a great victory but I don't think we're well set up to win anything more than this which is a worry. Should be a catalyst but can't see it happening.

The amount of people I've heard today saying we didn't deserve to win and Cardiff were the better side amazes me. They clearly weren't watching the same match as me, no we weren't at our best by a long way, but we still absolutely dominated the match 39 shots on goal and 19 on target seems to suggest we kept their defence and keeper pretty damn busy!

We were clearly the better side, Cardiff fought excellently and made it very hard for us, but we controlled the vast majority of the game.

The only disappointment in terms of all our shot was out of the 39 about 35 were outside the box.

Cardiff fought bloody hard and defended like lions but to suggest they were the best side is frankly ridiculous.

Kudos to Kenny Miller too; he played really well in the space between our defensive and midfield lines, causing mischief for spells of the afternoon and made Cardiff tick when attacking.
