Come on boys - we've just won our first trophy in 6 years. Shouldn't be fighting and arguing amongst ourselves tonight.

The point is. Why can't people just be happy today. Tomorrow is for complaining. Today is for celebrating the club we all love, winning a trophy for the first time in 6 years.

Exactly, the fans that are celebrating don't think we played like Barca ffs, or that we really are 'the greatest'

We won. That's all we had to do today.

We can get back to moaning about our players another time, and god knows we have enough of those days, we are very much a work in progress, but one that's just won a trophy...and there are'nt many of them to go around!!.

Lets just enjoy this.

Screams as loud as anyone..Go to plenty of games and understand the passion in winning a trophy..

Hard to show that emotion on here..

I grew up supporting Liverpool, when winning things was almost taken for granted. I'm disappointed with how we played today, it kind of cheapened it seeing us struggling against **** we should be dispatching with ease. If you can't see why I would be a bit concerned, I'll ask you - who do you support?

yyeeesssss, again we could of made this easier but I felt we were always on top and deserved the win albeit with a few below par performances and scares but it was alot of our players 1st time at a top final/wembley and against a 'lower' team so were probably scared and Cardiff had nothing to lose, if a small percentage of our chances went a yard or two to the other side it would of been a different story but as Kenny says our name is on the trophy

I really dislike this attitude. It's the sort of arrogance people complain about in United fans. Cardiff are clearly a good team. Not the best in the world but look how good Championship sides have done when they have come up this season. The gap is closing and Cardiff on their day have been one of the top one or two sides in that division for several years (I admit that means they have never gone up but, like us in many recent years that is about consistency rather than peak ability).

It means a lot to Pepe and Kenny, it's a first cup for Kenny and Clarke as a team, it's the first big final for lots of the players really i think and we'll have learned so much from today imo.

Really is imperative you take the trophy home on days like this.

i said earlier we won it the hard way....beating man city,chelsea,stoke ...... arsenal struggled and lost against birmingham last season ....so against a championship side which ever way we won we were never gonna win with the media.

It didnt cheapen it at all, we played for a trophy and won it. This dispatch with ease stuff is bollocks, if the favourites won easily every single time no one would care about the sport.

I can see why people dont think we are perfect, we arent, quite why theres such a need to discuss it an hour after a trophy win I dont know and I just cant comprehend what makes a supposed LFC fan log on after the game and say we shouldnt be too happy. Ridiculous.
