I work in London and go out in town quite a bit but I have never seen it or had it happen to me or anyone I know

Have visited loads of times seeing mates in lots of different locations and have always felt pretty safe wandering around or down on the underground.

One of them got mugged once but it was pretty low key - no weapons just odds of 7 to 2 against.

Did the guy who stabbed him have a previous conviction? My guess would be yes. They should take psychological tests when arrested and, if they fail , they should be locked up and not let out until completely rehabilatated. **** it, I'll pay more tax to keep the scum off the streets. I don't have any sympathy for these ****ers and whatever difficult background they come from. To make a choice of taking a knife out with you to a bar is just evil, pure evil.

The knife culture (in Britain) as well as elsewhere is out of control
