I don't think we can start a new season with Kenny in charge, we need someone with vision and a long term plan. It just isn't working.
I'm a big supporter of this train of thought

Kenny's 61, they can't all be Ferguson or Bobby Robson.

          What a joke.

          Who wrote that article?
Kenny, like any manager, is accountable for the results and our performances as he assembled our squad.

18 months may not seem like a long period of time but still enough to evaluate his management thus far.

We are far from finished product and our progress especially in PL was modest to say at best, which is extremely poor return given an investment that he put into that team over the same time period.

I think the problem is not the patience, as we LFC fans have that in high doses, as long as we see signs that things are improving and if we are going in the right direction and I am not so sure that we are.

It almost feels like we make one step forward and then take 2 steps back.

I think the team when he took over in January last year looked much more fluent and much more complete in almost every aspect of the game than his team this season even after all those summer investments

Players that he purchased, who were not cheap BTW, are nothing but short of disappointment and the question is, without any sentiment, if he is the man that can take us to the next level.

Many would say no and bar occasional highlights (e.g. FA run and Carling Cup victory) I am not so sure (even though I really like Kenny) that he deserves more time.

look lads... football is a results business.

if you get results all is well. if you dont get results you're not going to be in a job long.

This rule applies to anyone and everyone. legend or not.

Yup, perhaps it's best to look at the season as a whole; I just think at this moment in time we don't need to look at stats that say we are the ****test team in 2012, when we are 4 months, sorry, 3.8 months in to 2012 ... when we're in March. QPR was a freak of a result, I haven't seen the game today, so don't feel I can comment but there are clearly issues and I can't quite get my head around it yet.

Again, for all those saying Rafa, a 'snippet' for you:

2004/05: Benitez lost 14 league games in his first year.

So the results aren't going well, Kenny goes.

Rafa comes in and has a hit and miss season, he goes.

                  Another manager comes in andsoforth.

When does it end and when does the bigger picture get looked at?

He also won the CL, which is the biggest competition any (european) club can win. Enough about Rafa though, he's gone and not coming back.

So do you think Kenny is the right man to take us to the next level?

in rafas first season, we were totally up and down in the league but we had something to believe in. We knew he didnt have the players he wanted because he only signed luis garcia and xabi alonso. Kenny has spend well in excess of £100m in 15 months and signed eight or so players.

Rafa couldnt really play the way he wanted but we still won the CL. We knew he wanted to play a game based on pressing high up the pitch and attacking teams with pace and intensity.

When you see kennys teams play football, do you actually understand the tactics because i dont. I genuinely dont understand where we're going as a team and how we're supposed to play. All i see is a load of our players constantly bunched together waiting for something to happen.

There doesnt seem to be a set method of play, the full backs dont know what to do with the ball and how to link in with their attackers. Midfield is too static, we're too slow moving the ball forward and we play people out of position all the time and then call them ****.

I dont see a lot of promise going forward and a carling cup victory that we almost blew against cardiff wont be papering over any cracks.
