Thanjk you.

I'm more inclined to agree with you there, Nige. I think he's proven unsackable for at least another season. If he can get away with the trough of **** that's been served up this season, take responsibility for the worst recruitment drive in our history and manage to avoid the boot in favour of the non tactical staff, then he's teflon.
i bet he will. all else doesn't really make sense, does it?
unless all those who've been given the boot have interfered greatly in team affairs like training, preperation, tactics and so on. which would be pretty astonishing...
I don't see why Dalglish isn't the man to do the figurehead thing, and a younger man is brought in to manage the team.
Dalglish admitted the signings were his; the performances are poor, FSG aren't happy - why is it a man who is only responsible for half of the problem is sacked (because Comolli wasn't involved tactically) and the man allegedly causing the whole problem, keeps his job?
It seems a bit odd to me.
Perhaps because Kenny deserves the chance to put right those errors. The likes of Henderson & Downing may be much better next season. Often players can take a while to feel at home and the second season is more productive. We did sign those players on contracts of more than one season. The manager who must share 50% of the blame has also won a trophy (first in 6 years) and got us to a semi of another. As I've said before, with what Kenny has done for this club, the very least he deserves is a chance to sort it out. I'm enraged at fans wanting him out. Its ****ing disrespectful and so not LFC. The funny thing is, half the fans that want him out now, will be cheering to **** if we win the cup and if we do well next season.
No one has a crystal ball that actually works, no one knows next season will be **** and he's past it. Its all guess work. Lets have some belief, because quite frankly if Kenny can't keep the fans united and give us hope how to **** anyone else will I don't know.

What I can certainly tell you, is that the idea that the physios would have determined that Lucas could not possibly be injured on the basis that he'd never been injured before, is insane!
You understood my post in the wrong context as also said that it is group of factors that physios are dealing with in a short period of time that have an impact on the final decision.
I'm not saying that the fact he was allowed to play was the right thing to do but I cannot say it was wrong neither as we haven't heard from anybody who is qualified to make that type of statement and is familiar with Lucas specific case at the same time
