Comollis negotiating skills seems questionable at best, we paid way over the odds for Downing and Carroll. In fact Newcastle seem to have sold us Carroll and Enrique and bought themselves a **** hot team with the proceeds, leaving plenty of £'s to spare.
FSG must wonder why we (a supposedly bigger team) spent £35m on Carroll, when Cissa and Ba have performed way better than big AC for a fraction of the cost.
As for getting out manouvered by Everton for Jelavic, well he should have walked if that were true.Modifying post.Comment
