    Liverpool vs Fulham: Match Thread

Andy Carroll and Dirk Kuyt are amongst nine changes made by Liverpool for tonight's clash with Fulham at Anfield – listen live online from 7.40pm BST.

Jordan Henderson and Jonjo Shelvey are the only two players who retain a starting berth from Saturday’s win at Norwich as Kenny Dalglish shuffles his pack ahead of the FA Cup final.

Liverpool: Doni, Kelly, Aurelio, Skrtel, Coates, Henderson, Shelvey, Spearing, Maxi, Kuyt, Carroll. Subs: Sterling, Downing, Robinson, Enrique, Flanagan, Carragher, Jones.

Interesting. What is the story with Skrtel, has he been injured?
It would be nice to see Sterling get half an hour or so.
      Modifying post.

A shame to see two left backs and no striker on the bench; the line-up (which I think is right) would have allowed for an experimental bench too.

If Sterling comes on and puts in a longer version of his performance against Wigan(?) would any of you take him on the bench for the Final?

Look at the young Irish lad at Sunderland, Sterling could do that for us.

Players just had to be rested.

Doesnt matter what team we pick anyway as Shaggy is in attendance tonight. Gonna be 1-1 at best

One's 17 and one has recently turned 23. Big difference.

O'Neil took a punt though and it paid off, same could happen with Raheem.

Maxi never makes it past 70. If Kenny sends on Downing instead then I'd struggle no to boo if I was there.

Kuyt will also be needed for the final so would make sense to take him off early too.
