In fairness to Kenny, the way we were set up was the same as when we beat them in the league, 5 in midfield 1 up front. Differences between then and today were that Lucas was there not Spearing and the second striker was pushed right onto Mikel and not letting him play.
Today we just had 5 in a line first half and made it easy for their midfield to dominate, second half when we upped the tempo and closed them down we bossed the game.
2 dreadful mistakes by Spearing, poor defending by Enrique and equally poor goalkeeping by Reina for the first goal have cost us dearly.
There should be a lot of them players hanging their heads in shame right now, to not go out and give your all for this club in any game is not acceptable and too many of them clearly didnt fancy it for an hour.

Not convinced starting Carroll would have been the answer, but today again highlighted how ridiculous a decision it was to not replace Lucas.

Mate as soon as i saw the line up i got the same feeling i did when we played in Athens in 2007. It wasn't going to be our day. it's decisions like this that make me want shot of Kenny. He should know better.
