We'll see what Brendan is made of now. If it goes 30 minutes with no change will he throw On Carroll and resort to hoofball or will he stay true to tikka masalla.

Half time in the first game man, come on.Originally posted by JohnDoe View PostSo here are a few thoughts:
1. Still some growing pains, but I'm pretty confident that after a few months we'll start to look more like the Swansea team that tore the Premier League apart last season, even if that kind of level is still pure fantasy at this point and it's understandable.
2. TIKA TAKA BABY.
3. Joe Allen and Fabio Borini. £26m.The times they are a changin'.

We can still win this.

I hope he lives by his style, sticking Carroll on and hoofing simply isnt the answer.Originally posted by Suarez View PostWe'll see what Brendan is made of now. 81 goals in 110 games for Ajax, 28 goals in 54 games for Uruguay.Originally posted by el matador View Postwe simply cannot rely on suarez for goals.
He;s never going to score as many goals as fowler did or torres did for us. He isnt a natural finisher. He creates half his own chances and some of his play is breathtaking.
The owners have got to bankroll a forward who fits into rodgers plans because without it we;re going to struggle to score goals.
Those stats would suggest the lad can score goals...

No, no he's not. He might be, but you can't call him boss from that
