Great message to young lads & players not in the first team picture.

Perform well and train hard, and you'll get your chance. Be that against lowly opposition in Europe or the best team around like City.

If I was Suso or Henderson, seeing that gives me a big boost. And if I'm in the starting XI, I know I can't let my standards drop.
