Easy to get carried away with it all but I think our next generation are looking really, really promising.

Just seen your new tagline too Norby.

What a thoroughly enjoyable game of football .

For me jack Robinson was Mom...outstanding performance I felt...composed, committed and up and down the line all day...he was part of the reason assaidi excelled so much...the pair of them gave west brooms right hand side a torrid time

Wisdom looked very solid at right back....good performances for, sahin and Henderson, will give the, both much needed match fitness/confidence....dani Pacheco...so that's the wonderkid we signed years ago...looks like something finally got into his head that he really needs to work hard/perform to get a game and talent alone won't be enough...he was everywhere, kept possession well and was a threat....the young lad up front....yesil? ...good effort from him and not scared to have a pop...and to top it off suso comes on and takes the ****ing piss ...when you add shelvey, sterling, Kelly, Allen into to it it's one hell of an exciting young side we have.

Worryingly our two 'worst' performers were prob carra and downing....not that I felt carra was poor as such, but he seemed to struggle against Lukaku at times....downing however looked all over the place. Tho both only minor complaints

Still a long way to go and some of them prob quite not there yet in terms of regularly first team football at the highest level but it was very encouraging and the youth seemed to take to Brendan's style a lot easier than the oldies
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Didn't get to see the match, the night games are always too early in the morning to wake up for (call me soft that's fine) but it sounds like the team played well. How did Yesil go? Hasn't been much mention of him in here.

I didn't realise that Sinclair was signed from WBA!

That would have been extra special for him then wouldn't it.

Yesil was okay. Glanced a header wide and tested the keeper with a stinging shot. He looks fearless and competitive, and for his first start with a brand new club he did pretty well. Just overshadowed by the likes of Sahin, Suso, Robinson, Assaidi and Wisdom.

Carra is easily old enough to be his dad.

How is freddie in terms of footballing skills? You might want to enrol him to our academy if he's any good.

I think Raheem Sterling is actually his dad, think Sinclair was his 29th

Are you left footed yourself? I've seen left footers, and by that I mean their right foot would be there just for standing basically but yet they would be right handed for anything else.

Always pondered about this little conundrum of nature.

I write left handed, play pool left handed. Racket Sports right handed. Right footed.
