    Johnson, I think.

I still can't believe that wasn't voted goal of the season.

Gonna go out lunch with the wife (skipping breakfast), then come back for this.
      Are we winning?

I think we'll stuff them. I like playing Norwich, reminds me of Xabi's masterclass against them a few years ago and Suarez' hat-trick.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

When was the last time this place was so optimistic? Especially when we haven't won a league game
Agreed... It just highlights what a poor appointment Bodge was, the supporters turning on him wasn't down to results as the media at the time claimed. We were not impatient, we understood the place we were headed if we gave him time.

Rodgers has been the polar opposite - brave in his decisions, eloquent in his communication and displaying a modern tactical nouse which already is beginning to show clear signs of a positive future. The vast majority of our support can see the promise and understand the limitations of the squad at his disposal. We haven't got even close to what we deserve from games thus far this season... I suspect that will change soon.

Whilst it will probably happen too late for a meaningful assault on the top 4 this season, with investment in the right places in January and the summer, next season could very well see us make the progress we're all so desperate for.

I think Rodgers has been a terrific appointment... He was a brave choice, but fortune favours the brave.

The 1st time I took my lad to Anfield was when we beat them 3-0 about 6-7 yrs ago. great memory for both of us.

I hope we're not rushing Agger into another injury, that would be a really stupid thing to do if you have a player like Coates on the bench...

If it's just a bruise, there isn't a major risk in playing him.

Normally yes but this is Agger we're talking about here.
                      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

Why cant we play Johnson on the right ffs.

Glad Sahin is starting, would have actually prefered to see Assaidi to Suso out wide.

I'd rather see Robinson play left. What th hell is the deal with Enrique anyway? Rodgers clearly doesn't rate him at all. Reckon we'll see a new left back signed in the next 12 months for sure

3 points is a must here. We have city, united and arsenal out of the way and the way we are playing we should smash alot of teams including Norwich.

3-1 to the pool with another Riena gaff obviously.

I initially thought the choice of full-back may have been dependent on the experience of the centre-back, i.e. Wisdom next to Skrtel if Coates is playing or Robinson next to Agger if fit ... but now - if rumours are true - I think Rodgers feels Wisdom has earned a starting spot and has more faith in Johnson at left-back than Enrique.
