Thanjk you.

We weren't switched on in the second half and they were right on top of us. You could see it coming right from the kick off.
As soon as their player got the ball in our box and started playing keep ups you could tell another goal was coming. Riena should have really done better for that 3rd though.
Not the only problem, but why was he still on the pitch? Why take off other players and persist with the crappiest player on the field? Shelvey wanted it. The other players were disciplined when in possession, but hopeless when we lost it. I don't think we deserved to lose, frustrating. Quality free kick from Suarez! All the other goals were down the other end, will watch them on telly tomorrow.

Downing had his best game for us tonight. Was very good.
I thought Downing was very good in the first half. Im one of the first to knock him but can't tonight. He did very well but a bit quite in the second half.
Downing was better than usual, but he wasn't very good - he was ****. Just not quite as **** as usual. I can't stand the lazy useless ****er. He is brainless. I'll give him credit for the 1-2 with Shelvey for the first goal. The rest of the time he was ****e.

I totally disagree. Perhaps you're pissed that he hit the keeper at the end of the game?
That was a crap shot I agree. He was terrible. I just get frustrated because every time I see him on the ball I remember that he cost £20m. Borini was a headless chicken, I hope he improves - thought he would have had a bit more to prove tonight. I just felt that as one of the senior players Downing should have contributed much more than he did, he's a ****house.
The Udinese defenders were playing rules from another sport tonight, made no attempt to play the ball or make a proper tackle. We'd get assaulted time and time again - the rugby tackle on Downing was laughable, surely that was a red card?!
We've just won 3 games in a row and it should have been 4 tonight. We are on the right tracks. Stoke will be ours for the taking. They'll be difficult to break down but we'll find a way.

What can he do if no one acknowledges his good movement and position? We never once tried to take advantage of him being on the should of the defence all the time.

His movement his fantastic. Played a huge part in the Jonjo goal.
Downing played very well tonight, ridiculous having a go. He was challenged by the manager to react and he did. Hopefully he carries that on.
On Borini. I'll not hide that I'm a fan if his. He will prove a good buy in the future. His character is first class and that's why he'll succeed in time.
His problem tonight was that despite excellent movement he wasn't seen. But to be seen he has to perform better when he gets it, as that is what will make his team mates look for him, and therefore see him, more. He'll get there.
On the performance, too sleepy at times. But the bigger problem for me is that when mistakes are made in this system, it's too easily punished.
A lack of a safety net. Players will always make mistakes, they need more allowances to make them. Lucas is such a player.
He just ran from side to side, but he didn't move into space. Shelvey's movement was much more intelligent, he was looking for space and to move between defenders. I'm not sure what Borini was doing - he doesn't seem to have the awareness and positional sense that we need.
