Coates struggled, as did Cole, and Pacheco didn't get into it at all. Shelvey was pretty average, Henderson even more so. Downing was decent again at LB, Wisdom did alright, Suso is aces. And Jones did well, his kicking/distribution was surprisingly good, especially on a crap pitch.

That was an interesting game I thought. Not the ideal result, but sending that team into that game... could have been worse.

Not the worst players on the pitch, but neither Downing nor Cole were very impressive either.

Morgan looked lively, and Flannagan did a couple of lovely things in the second half, decent games for both of them really. Shelvey was very up & down and once again Henderson was just a bit... meh.

Such a difference between the subs. Suso was ace, Pacheco crap.

I thought downing was quite poor. In fact I don't anyone did that well bar Suso.

If 2 others had of played as well as Suso we would have thrashed that team. They were woeful.

The game became enjoyable when "Suuuzo" came on - he was immense

Carra played well and his passing was not only accurate but positive. Too many of our players have been fathered by Ray Wilkins I fear. Sideways is the new backwards.
