Thanjk you.

I thought Brad Jones played well besides the goal incident.
Getting pretty tired of our passing the ball amongst the midfield for 65 minutes for no gain, without Suarez on the pitch we have no chance of scoring whatsoever.

Suso came on and in the 32 mins he played he attempted more passes than Joe Cole did in 77 mins. Suso - 24/28 (86%) Cole - 20/26 (77%) #fb
Gerrard would disagree and say those Joe Cole stats are misleading Reece- Joey is more skillful than Messi. Apparently he can do some amazing skills in training. Rumour has it, Joey he once got 113 in a keepy uppy challenge that involved the use of Banana instead of a ball. Even Henderson only managed to get a score of 3
A little reality is required. Over the years i've seen our first team play worse than that away in Europe. We had little cutting edge but hell we have little of that at times even with Suarez on the pitch. Everybody put in a shift and all the players were showing for the ball. But for one moment of skill from their forward and a combination of coats and jones, we would have earnt a decent away draw.
I honestly don't know what some people really expect at times. No one on here is 15 as far as I know yet it's like some people haven't watched us play before. By the way mos, this isn't aimed at you.

Coates struggled, as did Cole, and Pacheco didn't get into it at all. Shelvey was pretty average, Henderson even more so. Downing was decent again at LB, Wisdom did alright, Suso is aces. And Jones did well, his kicking/distribution was surprisingly good, especially on a crap pitch.
Didn't we used to do player ratings?
Thought Shelvey was very good first half, dictated tempo, poor second though. Thought Flanagan did quite well too, as I've pointed out before he's much better going forward than Kelly or Wisdom and therefore is better suited for Rodgers.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
Despite what some say to the contrary, Downing is technically very good.
Sadly he has zero confidence and is testicularly challenged.
Downing and henderson are both technically very good but downing lacks confidence but he looks good as a leftwing back. Hendo did ok tonight. Keeps things tidy.
Shelvey looks quality as well. In the first team he sometimes looks clumsy but when you put him up against some of the second string he looks very impressive on the ball.
You dont expect that team to go to russia and get a result so its ok. But the downside is that we disnt look like we were going to score anytime soon.
