So that's the best attacking midfielder and best left back in the Premier League out of their team this weekend.

The talent they have at their disposal is still pretty frightening. Thank goodness they don't have Drogba anymore as he would have pumped us.

They are there to be got at.

They line up in our okd 4231 formation but their three off torres are all progressive players. When they lose the ball those 3 wont track back so on the counter they can he done. from a defensive point of view cole pushes really high up the pitch which would have left them even more exposed. Bertrand might just sit in a bit more.

So going forward they might not be quite as effective but they will be tighter at the back.

Someone said asaidi and thats a really good shout especially on the left against ivanovic whos a big unit and slow off the mark but really shifts in full flow.

Assaidi can twist and turn him all day long so he cant get himself going.

Mata and Cole out is a massive boost for us. Their backline is ropey enough as is. It's their attack i'd be worrying about but really delighted Mata is out

Well Rodgers seems very reluctant to give Assaidi chances. TBH I don't know . I just think it's time Suso came out of the team - although he's lovely cameo the other night might just have kept him in.

I know what you mean about him coming out of the team not sure Rodgers will do it for this game given the options we have.

Personally I would shift Gerrard wide right and bring Shelvey into midfield for this.

Getting a bit pissed off that there is a team leak 24 hours before a game.

If it's two hours before kick-off, then fine. But a whole day is just taking the mess.
