Horrible feeling we'll see the special one taking over though

Spurs probably the only top club he has a realistic chance of getting IMO but I still think they'd prefer to look elsewhereThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Honestly think United don't have enough financial clout anymore for Mourinho to go there. He only goes to truly minted clubs - City or Chelsea IMO.Originally posted by rcasemore View PostHe's got the pedigree apparently, I'd be made up if he went there.

Rodgers will be our Mourinho 04 and Martinez will be Everton's Benitez 04, except neither of them had taken Europe by storm. (Epic hyperbole there).
I'm astounded that Martinez has come out with that about Suarez. It just goes to show he's another to jump on the PFA/LMA/FA Secret Society bandwagon. He comes across as all cultured, but thankfully, we didn't appoint him as our manager. I think back to the day I saw Henry and Martinez walking down a Miami street, latte in hand I cry a little bit.

Great stuff, thoroughly enjoyed it, could not get the ball off us 2nd half, with the exception of Pepe I could not remember the ball leaving the ground once. Lovin it right nowOriginally posted by Ams12 View PostFrom that list of our next 10 games...i still remain positive that we should be winning each one of those but i see spurs as a possible loss & fulham as another tricky fixture (although if we do actually pick up a run of wins then we'll probably beat fulham too). Glad that we got wigan & a win out the way and long may this continue

Did he say anything about his own player stamping on wor Raheem about 20 minutes after the ball had gone... or does that not fit with the current agenda.Originally posted by Vermilion View PostBitter bitter little man.
Jump on the bandwagon why dont ya!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

Credit must go to Rodgers for that result
The change with Enrique playing in midfield enabled us to press more, compete for more possession and crucially win more second balls. Something I think has been sadly missing during much of Brendans tenure
The introduction of Henderson only re-enforced this as I thought we then got about more than Wigan than we had previously. Irrespective of what I think about Henderson in terms of a player, he has a great engine and shows a fantastic willingness to get about the pitch and put pressure on the ball
More of the same please BrendanBob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
