You should try translating everything into Anglish. I don't know why dwwwwwwwww wants us all to use it. I think it's some sort of hobbit* thing.

    * Joe Allen is not the Welsh Billbo
    .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

No, I meant Anglish is hobbity, not dww. To the witherward, he is an ettin of a man, a great hall door, six feet nine without his shoes, with the reard of a bear and the beard of wild hog but also the wit and the booklore of the true thinkster.

Ok, moving away from Dumbledore, apple flavoured chickens and hairy feet, is this a slow burn Houllier style season like 2000/01?????

Can I get excited yet? Can I? Pleeeeease....

We all laugh at the uefa cup but its still seen as a big competition in europe. Really liverpool fc need to be in the final stages of european competition and now that weve qualified for the knock out stages things get much more interesting.

With a couple of january additions were set to push on.

I was gutted when Atletico knocked us out in 2010, it felt like the last hurrah with Rafa, and so it was.

I've really enjoyed this campaign so far, its been the first stretch of matches my son and I have been to together, so I'm hoping it lasts the full duration.

European Nights are way better than no European Nights.

With stronger team present each season it won't be a laughing stock. In fact I find the CL to be a bigger farce than this one. At least these teams got here on merit.

I bet Man City fans aren't laughing now!

Progressing in Europe breeds confidence. Breeding confidence wins games. Winning games gets trophies. Getting trophies makes me happy. Me being happy makes me perform better in work. Me performing better in work earns me more money. Earning more money empowers me to buy new things. Buying new things helps reinvigorate the moribund economy. Reinvigorating the moribund economy makes Britain more competitive on a global scale which leads to more jobs domestically. More jobs domestically leads to a happier and more prosperous nation.

So you see, Brendan is actually working hard to make things better for everybody in Britain. The man is a dynamic force.

obviously glad to see us win and progress but couldnt believe how tight the finish to the group was. we were a gnats knob from being knocked out by other results

yeh, we should have had this finished before this game. hope we finally learn to take the chances and finish teams off
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

For a team in transition I'd say it was a good result. I thought Young Boys deserved to qualify in my opinion. Anzhi were muck.
