good game from the lads, and it was lovely to see a lot of people from countries such as slovenia, croatia, austria, hungary and slovakia at the stadium, but most of all i'd say about 500-700 slovenes at the game, just ****ing awsome, i knew lfc had a lot of suppport here but that was just very good to see
about the game i thought we controlled it for most part, made a few dangerous passes at the wrong time to put us into a bit of pressure, but overall very good performance from all the lads.
**** me the di natale miss at end was crucial

The commentators said there were about 1000 LFC fans - is the Slovenian contingent not included in that figure then? Were you in our end?
That Di Natale miss. ****ing hell. Europa League group games shouldn't provide such horrible moments. I was convinced it was flying into the net. I was convinced from the moment we lost the ball that they'd score. Huge relief when it whizzed over.

no the english fans had a seperate part of the curva sud and a kind of a buffer zone between them and the rest of the lfc support from various coutries, but as soon as we figured out we can move closer to the away fans, we did, but there was still a barrier between us, i thought there were a lot more than 1000 fans just in the english part and about a 1000 in our end overallOriginally posted by Shaggy View PostGlad you had a good time.
