Playing Gerrard further forward makes sense to me and seems everyone else on here. Allen 100% has to be dropped, Sterling has been poor too & be nice for Assaidi to get some league games.

I'd have LDP mark (by hugging him closely) Hangeland, think that's his speciality. Key is whether BR implements man to man; not sure LDP has got a deep understanding of zonal.

This game is massive IMO, win it and we've won 3 of our last 5 league games which considering our start to the season is very decent. However, if we lose I expect BR for the first to come under real pressure from the fans and possibly media.
