I can see Fulham doing what Villa did too us. Fulham are a much better team than Villa and i doubt Rodgers would have taken those 90 minutes against Villa on board.

Let's hope so!! I'm going to this game, my first game at Anfield for a couple of seasons, last game I went to was the Kenny's homecomning against Everton, so a comfortable home win would go down very nicely.Originally posted by Neil Young View PostI think that's unfair. LDP is just what we need against Fulham - he'll pin Riise back by hugging the right wing.
Hangeland is a wuss. I like Jol though, he looks like a cross between Shrek and Jabba.
Agree we'll win easily. A margin of four goals at least.

After one defeat on the back of three victories? Has your knee not stopped jerking since Saturday?Originally posted by ~LFCHistory~ View PostI don't know why but I have a horrible feeling we could lose badly on Saturday, I'm probably still on a down after the Villa game but BR's increasingly questionable team selections and tactics is starting to worry me.

The result on Saturday wasn't what worries me overly, it was the complete lack of fight from the players, our utter cluelessness in the final third and BR's continual selection of Downing, Cole and Allen at the expense of Suso, Wisdom, Assaidi and Sahin.Originally posted by Mattshark View PostAfter one defeat on the back of three victories? What lack of fight? We tried, we know we lack goal scorers and that is costing us.Originally posted by ~LFCHistory~ View PostThe result on Saturday wasn't what worries me overly, it was the complete lack of fight from the players, our utter cluelessness in the final third and BR's continual selection of Downing, Cole and Allen at the expense of Suso, Wisdom, Assaidi and Sahin.

Perhaps you're right and it was a freak result, if that's the case then I'm sure you'll agree with me that we have more than enough quality in our squad to beat Fulham at home. We'll see.Originally posted by Mattshark View PostWhat lack of fight? We tried, we know we lack goal scorers and that is costing us.

I think we are capable, we still lack goal scorers as I said. Nice tabloid approach there though.Originally posted by ~LFCHistory~ View PostPerhaps you're right and it was a freak result, if that's the case then I'm sure you'll agree with me that we have more than enough quality in our squad to beat Fulham at home.
