. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
That was brilliant - great to see us scoring goals regularly now. And a fantastic reaction to the Stoke capitulation. If we can somehow nick a point at the Mancs, beat Norwich at home then I'd fancy us at Arsenal. Come on.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
I thought for once our midfield started to take shape, I thought all three of them (Lucas, Gerrard and Henderson) had very good games. I also thought that Allen looked much better when he came on and was unlucky not to score (twice).
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Nobody played badly tonight. Gerrard, Lucas, Henderson, Suarez and Johnson all superb. Suso played well when he came on. Reina was like the Reina of old.
Clean sheet too and our first PL back-to-back win in about five years or summat.

The first in LDP's lifetime.

I only watched the last 30 minutes or so but given everyone's resounding praise of the first half it sounds like it was a really great all-around performance. No one was poor from what I saw. It's rare when every single player puts in a fine performance. Also, Henderson, Gerrard, Reina (and most recently Enrique) all looking like they are finding real form. All good things.
