It was a interesting table arn I stated we had played well in out last 6 games and think we are gelling a lot more very excited about philipo and gerrard and Suarez link up , Danny is a finding his feet he in my opinion is more of a rush type poacher and sometimes people expect more from him ie dropping back and passing more but for me he is not going to change his style of play he is a upfront type of guy and just want the ball passed to him and he shootsOriginally posted by Arn View PostComment

What the table actually does show is some progress, the first half of the season was always going to be tough with a new manager and approach to games but we've settled in better since the New Year and although we'll have some blips (Southampton for instance) we are moving in the right direction compared to last season.
Need to have a good Summer of transfers still & hopefully we'll see that happen.Comment

Rodgers tried to make to many and big changes to quickly instead of taking it step by step. We didn't had the players to play his system and still don't. We suffered because of that.

I believe we have made slow progress. The football is better the squad is better. But our inconsistency remains. I have major on earns about what Brendan wants from our centre backs and that tactically he is not as strong at that side of the game.

I really am looking forward to next season (I have been saying that for years ). This season was all about settling Brendan in and starting to shape the team his way
Coutinho with a good preseason and up to the pace of the premier will be a frightening proposition. A few tweaks and I really think we will make a strong challenge for the champions league places.Comment
