A Rafa debate that hasn't descended into mud slinging?
Perhaps it's because for once no-one has yet tried to misrepresent what other people are saying.
. Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
Would be interested matt how you think the squad under raffa was stronger than the squads after he left .
Could you be more precise and explain why the squad raffa had was stronger
Well for a start the players were better. We had a younger Gerrard, we still had Lucas (who was very good despite the demonstrably false accusations put towards his play). We still had Mascherano, we had a younger Carragher. We still had Kuyt, we still had Maxi. We had not signed player such as Carroll, Adam, Downing, Poulsen, Konchesky.
