I thought that a draw was a fair result, I thought we were probably just the better side, but I think we played quite a counter attacking game for much of the time, and I would have liked to have seen us on the front foot a little more.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Downing plays a bit too safe against well organized defenses. We need a little bit more unpredictability and danger from our right hand side.

He has improved compared to last season. But we need more. This summer is the right time to sell him. We will get some cash for him.

Too right. Just not good enough. Painful today. Get rid.

Johnson is either out of form or tired. He needs to be dropped.

Hope one of the right backs in the youth team get a chance in the next two games.

How does the turd Fellani eacape punishment.
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

Hard one Borini. Looks technically poor, but he is off the pace due to two injuries. Can hardly base a proper opinion on that. I think he'll be here next year, I'll decide then.

£11m or whatever it was we paid for Borini looks miles overpriced, even if he improves. No wonder Roma snapped our hand off

Very dangerous, if it was a one off then not a big deal but he continuously swings his elbow in every game. It's not cos he's gangly - it's blatant intent. Crouch was the opposite for some reason - always getting penalised for that or climbing but rarely warranted.
                    Hello mert.

I thought Henderson put in a good shift today. Worked hard and huffed and puffed. Needed something in front of him to hit though.

And Downing is doing a good job on the right too. He's covering Johnson well, which given Johnson's dip in form probably takes some work, and is looking much braver going forward.

Today was just one of those turgid, rotten games. Just sheer attrition. Still, on to the next one!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.
