    Liverpool vs Fulham (post match)

Well that was some performance from both Sturridge and Coutinho, both look superb buys for us.

Great result today .............If we strengthen the team well in the summer and suarez stays next season we have to and can crack the top 4

Both fantastic signings and hopefully rodgers can build on them in the summer with some real quality. Borini is looking good as well IMO.

Fair enough but it's certainly not even close to a priority this summer. 2-3 centre backs, a left back, maybe a keeper, a striker. Leaves no room for us to be pursuing luxury no.10s IMO. Eriksen will likely go elsewhere but since Coutinho is magic I won't be losing any sleep.

Not a priority and like you say, it's pretty much a defensive rebuild. I think we'll spend big after sales, so we might have room to do so, especially if one of our centre back purchases is Douglas on a freebie.

Brilliant second half. The tactical change allowed us to totally dominate the second half. We're well on our way to being a terrific team.
            Are we winning?

                Coutinho

A wonderful technician and a superb addition to the group!

                Sturridge

Selfish but bloody hell the boy can score goals.

if only we'd signed those lads in August

We can throw in Suso or even Gerrard further forward if needed.

                  For me id have:

                  -------Sturridge

                  Suarez Coutinho A.N.Other

With the 3 attackers interchanging throughout the match.
                  We come not to play.

I'd have no problem with say swapping Downing or even Borini for someone like Tello @ Barca but we need to spend the majority of our transfer budget on sorting out the defence, we get that right this summer and we'll be a good side next season.

Coutinho & Sturridge for under £20M was a complete bargain!!

My stream died just before the Fulham goal so I decided I'd just do some bits round the house and catch MoTD. Can't wait to see the Coutinho pass! He's a genius! Although from reading the chance Sturridge had to pass to him I'd be slightly pissed off if I were him plays unbelievable pass after pass and when the chance comes nobody bothers giving him a tap in

Watch Welbeck still get in the england team ahead of Sturridge.

My massive hope is that people don't "figure" Coutinho out. Happens sometimes with players like him.

                          He is magic though

Am I remembering right? Welbeck has only scored 3 league goals this year?
