That's poor that, something about that site just reminds me of religious 'bury your head in the sand' type people. Sorry to any normal people who are religious I couldn't think of a better way to put it! Exactly what I though of when I read that.

I love this club and Shankly for what he did and the man he was but I tell you what if they think he'd be a fan of their dictatorship they're badly mistaken. I hope to **** we sign a big name out the blue on that day and let them squirm.

I was always led to believe that the most important game for the club is always the next one. A forward looking approach. Not one buried in nostalgia.

It's interesting, from what I can tell from the books I've read about Shanks he would definitely not want everyone to focus on his personal milestone and, at least I would suspect, far rather the people spent there time discussing there interest in the club and potential players.

It's typical RAWK to be honest, the mods are like the Gestapo over there. The last time I was on there was some decent posters but if you don't match up to their definition of a superfan then it can get a bit weird. I was banned after about 11 posts for swearing

That statement from RAWK defies the commonly agreed notion that no one person is bigger than the Club. How would we get on if the whole Club took the day off ( transfer day dead line day) to reminisce?

I've never been on RAWK but I can't think there's any point telling them what to do.

For a start I doubt they pay any attention to what's said by a donkey (or a dog) on here and even if they did they seem to be so far up themselves they wouldn't be able to hear you.

I've never been to an SOS meeting either, but that won't stop me from voicing my views from the safety of this website, which actually is accepting of many points of view.
