I would have played Skirtle and Agger as CBs. Enrique & Krlly as fullbacks giving with and mobility. Gerrard Lucas and Hendo make the obvious midfield triangle. Sterling & Moses playing off Sturridge up top. Simples.

That team is horrid. Don't understand why Rodgers hasn't learned from the Swansea game that Aspas/Sturridge with no playmaking is terrible for possession, and why is Enrique being dropped? Why are we playing four CB's?

Sakho looks pretty ****ing mobile to me and can pass. I think he'll have a great game personally.

I hope Aspas has a good game, I reckon he'll play a lot better when Suarez returns (assuming they play together).

Good chance it's gonna be a lopsided back four, with Toure forming a centre three at rightback while Sahko is given more freedom to roam and rampage at leftback, a la Barca with Abidal and Alves respectively.

Easy 2-0 win as Southampton won't get a kick on target against that defence. Just be a bit sluggish up top in open play but we should be a major threat at set pieces all day.

I understand Toure at RB but is Enrique injured or are we THAT worried about Lambert? They have some clever players, lets hope this works out otherwise after a great start we could end up behind Tottenham and Arsenal.
