Lack of control at times is the exact way to describe how we've performed mostly this season. I referred to sloppiness earlier but the correct term would be what Rodgers just said.

Enrique will not be a Liverpool player come next August...his performances have been dire. I will be amazed if we don't sign another LB in January. Would love it to be Shaw from Southampton but I fear he's already nailed on for Chelsea.

I think dire is OTT, but he can be incredibly frustrating and I'm not a massive fan. He can do lots of things so well but there always seems to be something lacking. If we persist with this formation then I'm looking forward to seeing Cissokho given a go at LWB.

Shaw would be good yes. Weren't we linked with Digne over the summer?
