Henderson has been superb this season in 99% of our games. Last week he was ok but no complaint's from me this season. Great buy.

      It's the way forward.

Still slowing down a bit in the second half, but more points on the board and as a great man once said

"Ay, here we are with problems at the top of the league."

        More of the same please!

Think we should go with a 4-4-2 diamond. Lucas as the holding midfielder, Gerrard and Henderson centre mids and Coutinho the attacking mid. Everyone's in their best position there except for maybe Gerrard.

Good result and we will need a few more yet. Back to the top and well deserved.

To be fair, Ozil is on three, and Enrique is on two with about a dozen others. While technically true, the stat's not saying *that* much. And for me Coutinho's dummy made the goal for Sturridge against Villa, not to mention it was hardly on a plate at that point anyway. The Suarez assist today though was lovely.

              Still think he's a problem area in a 3-5-2.

                After 7 games:

                2008/09 - 17 points (finished with 86 pts)
                2013/14 - 16 points

86 points this season would definaltely win the league.

We'll not get remotely close to 86 points

                      It would be a miracle.

                        Finishing 4th will do me.

It's far too early to think about it, we just need to keep on getting results. If nothing else we seem very resilient this season. We'll improve offensively when Coutinho's back. There isn't an outstanding team this season, we have as good a chance of winning the league as any other team. I don't think we'll do it, but we just have to keep going and see what happens. There is much more pressure on United, Chelsea and City - not winning the league for those teams is deemed a failed season. For us we might just sneak it.

Enrique letting his man go from a set piece again cost us the goal. He's a liability.
