Cissokho was pretty much not playing at Valencia right? Wonder if we will go back in for Bertrand as he isnt playing. May be up for a move now

I'd be surprised if Chelsea sold him to us.

        I wouldn't be.

Doesn't look like Mourinho fancies him.

Hmmmm didn't realise he didn't even make the bench yesterday, thing is Cole isn't getting any younger but I guess they'll just go out and spend £15M + on a LB

I'd be looking at a goalscoring midfielder before bringing in another defender.

            Priority for me is that.

Anyone know any midfield monsters we have half a chance of getting?
Mavuba from lille, an underrated monster

Have we only had 4 scores so far Sturridge, Suarez, Gerrard & Henderson?

For me we could do with that but also a bit more steel in the centre of midfield.

In the league yeah, I think so mate.

                  Or have we missed anyone?

I'm not sure I've seen anyone question Rodgers, he can only do so much in each window. We're massively improved from when he took over but there is still plenty of work to be done.

Reds provide details of Johnson absence

                          3rd Nov 2013 - Latest News

Liverpool Football Club today provided further details of the illness which ruled Glen Johnson out of yesterday's match against Arsenal, and revealed that the defender should return to training later this week.

Shortly before the Barclays Premier League clash kicked off at the Emirates Stadium, the 29-year-old was admitted to hospital after suffering severe pain on the right side of his face and jaw.

Initial scans showed signs of a localised infection - however, the England international was subsequently discharged and returned home on Saturday evening.

The club's medical staff now expect the Reds' No.2 to recover in time to be in contention for Liverpool's next match, at home to Fulham in the Premier League next weekend.

                            Destiny Dude did

I thought Liverpool played Arsenal yesterday, who have been in great form so far, playing some of the best football I have seen in the Premier League for a good while?

I thought Liverpool were away at the Emirates - a place most teams struggle to pick up points?

I thought Liverpool played some of he best football I have seen them play in years against a good West Brom side last week, but now they're rubbish again and have no hope?

Some moans I do agree with though - Gerrard. The time has come. Bench him and brig him on as a rampaging impact sub. He can have an impact. He can still bring physicality to a number 10 role.

Cissokho might be early on in the premier league, but its not looking good so far. Lets hope he picks up some form, because he is not better than Enrique on what he is showing just now.

Sakho at left back is not an answer to any left sided question and shouldn't ever be considered as one.

It's a master stroke from Brendan. Get another left back in who's way worse than Enrique (on loan of course, the plan only works if we can send him back), and then we all long to have Enrique back, as we realise that the occasional brain fart is better than being **** all of the time.

Seen as he's not getting a game maybe trying Agger in the DM role would be worth a go? Having him sitting in front of the back 3 wouldn't be too bad until a more permanent solution is found? He's good on the ball, can drive forward and it would allow Gerrard to push up as i get the feeling he has to help Lucas out quite a bit at time.
