Great display,terrific football at times,gutted Luis didn't get a hattrick and Sturridge couldn't score,their keeper made some great saves. Great display's by Skrtel,Gerrard and Johnson too, Henderson was superb.

Ejaculatory stuff.
Fluid all across the pitch. Coutinho made a massive difference in terms of his presence, dropping deep and laying off passes whilst Gerrard pushed further forward to make the penetrative through balls. Today showed why he should be further ahead on the pitch.
Skrtel's renaissance has been a joy to watch. A pity we have an international break.Comment
