I don't think it matters we have 3 in front of us. Its only 4 points and two of them have to come to Anfield and thet all play each other. Plenty of opportunities for them all to drop points

We'd have to win nearly all our games to be honest. I don't expect us to beat Chelsea or City (a draw from each) but that might not be a bad thing as they will take points off each other.

I just happened to be in this thread when they scored.

But as you say it will relieve pressure. We can (almost) stop looking over our shoulders. 4th is the only objective in my eyes. Anything else is a huge bonus....so it's a free hit at the title the sooner we sew up 4th spot.

Also, as completely ludicrous as it might seem, if Spurs win today they're only 7 off the top.

Yeah I missed that one, they are well within our sights and the benefit of finishing 3rd is massive! No qualification needed for the CL + not having to worry about the really really slim chance of United spawning it.

They play Cardiff home next week, Chelsea away coming week, Arsenal home following week, Southampton after that and us at home in march. they will definitely drop 8 points!

Winning the league and finishing top 4 aren't mutually conflicting objectives. we have 11 more games. We should treat each one of them as a cup final and try to win all of them and not worry about the rest of the crowd.
