I just happened to be in this thread when they scored.
But as you say it will relieve pressure. We can (almost) stop looking over our shoulders. 4th is the only objective in my eyes. Anything else is a huge bonus....so it's a free hit at the title the sooner we sew up 4th spot.
Also, as completely ludicrous as it might seem, if Spurs win today they're only 7 off the top. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Yeah I missed that one, they are well within our sights and the benefit of finishing 3rd is massive! No qualification needed for the CL + not having to worry about the really really slim chance of United spawning it.Originally posted by JohnDoe View PostAnd they have Stoke away next week too.Vive la France

Originally posted by PTP View PostNo way we will the league...it's nice to have an eye on it, and we should be looking to fight for it all the way...but that the defence will cost us
Winning the league and finishing top 4 aren't mutually conflicting objectives. we have 11 more games. We should treat each one of them as a cup final and try to win all of them and not worry about the rest of the crowd.
