Given the pace issue you have to wonder why Gnabry hasn't seen more action of late.

Is Yaya Sanogo injured for them? I like his name.

****ing hell Lawro predicting a win for us only means bad news. I'm getting used to him being wrong.

Rest Henderson (he looks knackered) and Suarez. Give Agger 60 minutes.

        Mig
        Flanno Agger Skrtel Cissokho
        Allen Gerrard
        Aspas Coutinho Sterling
        Sturridge
        Another MASSIVE game

With the carling cup final, Sunderland have a rearranged game against West Brom (Man city have to with United) Then Man City and Sunderland have to find a date, then we might have to find a date. PL games cant clash with CL/Europa so that rules out quite a few midweeks, add in some international breaks before the World cup

If he's injured then that's Sanogo for Arsenal.

Wenger asked are Liverpool last team he wants to play. "No, I would say they are first team we want to play... chance to put things right."

I hope we rest quite a few players, especially the key ones. Would hate to get an injury in a less important cup game that could hurt our CL chances.

Gerrard, Sturridge, Suarez and Sterling to get a rest and if possible give Skrtel a game off.

I just hope we don't draw and get another game in the calendar. I know it would hurt Arsenal more, but I would still like to avoid a mid week game extra if possible.

Looking like we'd be postponing the Sunderland game if we go through, I'd be tempted to write off this game. But it's good for momentum and confidence that we carry on winning. A win or a draw would complicate matters, but I guess that's the collateral damage associated with any 'successful' team. Thing is, I wasn't expecting us to challenge for the title at the beginning of the season, so I'm a bit confused.
                    Are we winning?

                      You're always confused!

It'd be great to see us challenging both for the league this season and having a real run at the FA cup, winning is a good habit to get into and tbh having to play games on two fronts this season would actually benefit us in the long term.

This will be a damn tough game though after the drubbing we gave them and the abject performance on Wednesday they'll be desperate to return to winning ways.

Full strength team... they were ****e on Wednesday night & are there for the taking.

We need to knock them down a peg or two & further demoralise them; I can see them finishing fourth/fifth at this rate

We don't play till next Sunday so the players can rest next week
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

                            F*** off!!!

Really not too arsed about this, anything other than the league is a distraction and potential for injury.

Play a 2nd team, and rest the big guns. If we lose, its hardly a big deal.

Give some youngsters a run out- especial Tex after his cameo, Aspas Alberto

Nooo. ... I want us to win the FA Cup.

I'm all for resting a few players and giving youth a chance, but I want a strong spine with a only a scattering of inexperienced players; I am desperate for us to beat Arsenal and progress. Winning matches will only help build confidence within the group (© Brendan Rodgers).
